The Kapiolani Gang

We are all unique individuals that have come together from different parts of the country for the purpose of improving and preserving our physical condition in beautiful Hawaii.

A valued friendship grew out of this activity, thereby in rationalization, it was easier to torture your body and at the same time enjoy a measure of camaraderie.

Hawaii is the perfect environment for anyone willing to work and with a little dedication may surprise themselves of the ease of losing a few pounds and honing their muscles at the same time.

It is globally accepted, Hawaii’s ambiance is conducive to putting on a pair shorts and t-shirt and joining the many thousands that roam up and down Diamond Head Road. Often, it takes a bit to get going but the rewards are worthy of the effort.

If you need proof, look no farther than your family, friends, and your age group. How many miles can they walk or run?

Be thankful for your good fortune and count your blessings. And more importantly, thank you so much for being our friends.

I close with this quote:

"We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing."

George Bernard Shaw
1925 Noble prize winner in literature

Aloha a Hui hou (till we meet again)
