 Ken is the consummate model of relaxation and living life to the fullest.

Friendships are like the air we breathe, it is so ubiquitous that we do not even question or notice its presence. Yet, it is a tangible forum where we shared our experiences, offered empathy, encouragement and a steady stream of support. It certainly is a privilege to share in the celebration of coming together in daily ordinariness and/or running/jogging the streets of Honolulu, Hawaii.
