Our trip to the Oregon Garden in Silverton
We visited one of the most beautiful gardens tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city in Silverton, Oregon. The gardens opened in 1999 encompassing 80 acres of 20 specialty gardens featuring water falls and quiet ponds which are loaded with giant bull frogs and water lillies.
You can spend most of the day walking among the most delicate flowers or a tall timbered forest. For an added treat is the Gordon House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
